Why is my favorite newspaper not included in
your list?
We have taken a sample of newsfeeds from the Internet
to demonstrate our technology. We may not have included your favourite
source for several reasons. It may not have a suitable RSS feed or it's
feed is out of date. We may not have heard of it and for that we are
sorry. We also aim to provide feeds which are popular and due to the
number of possible sites low volume sites are ommitted. If you have a
suggestion please
email us with the information and we will consider it.
Why can I only get three feeds?
We will adapt our service to market demand at present
we have found that users use no more than four feeds on average. If you
require more then reload five different feeds. During this new phase
you will be restricted to 3 feeds as we tune up the servers this will
last for a few days until we are happy with performance.
Why are the biggest news sources missing from
your list?
We consider the list to be a fair representation of popular
feeds and are always willing to consider changes. Please suggest
a news feed. Some popular news sources are subscription
only and we have limited the number of these sites which we are pulling.
Some popular sites have no functional means to provide a feed or prohibit
its use by third parties.
Why do some custom feeds not work properly?
We cannot obviously guarantee that any feed you place
into the cusom box will work. It may be a foreign language feed and that
won't work. It may have a poor writen style and have many asterisks or
full stops or it may have non standard characters and all these factors
will effect how PanaVox Speak Perfect technology will work. Normally
we would reject any non standard feeds based on pre scanning and for
demonstration purposes we have left this feature out so that feeds can
be corrected by the site owners. Please do try some of our standard feeds
if your chosen feed does not work or try another feed most will work
first time.
